Giving a 1 since I went through a huge mess with Sam's on this, received the wrong mattress twice and never did get this one which seems to have been replaced by a hybrid type. Customer service tried to be helpful but somewhere this item was being replaced by a hybrid and they just couldn't get me what I'd ordered.

Should hv been a 2 star! This mattress is suppose to be a queen size. It's measurements are 53 by 73 maybe 74. I knew when I put it on my base it was much smaller than my other mattress I guess I was hoping it would miraculously grow! So now after having it for 3 weeks and waking up sore in the middle of the night, on top of being too small, I will be buying another mattress but won't be from here or online. Waste unless your buying for someone else to sleep on..

I got the mattress for my daughter as a Christmas gift and she loves it!! Very comfortable - it's like sleeping on a cloud. Said she finally got a good night's sleep in a very long time! It's so easy (and pretty cool) to unbox it and watch it inflate. A huge plus for me is that it comes in a long box that fit easily in my car (had to put the back seats down) but it still fit!

I was hesitant of buying. Mattress that I had not actually laid on, but this mattress is perfect. My husband likes a firm mattress, I am more like a cloud person, this mattress is the perfect mix of the two. I only give a 4 star because I a don't know how long it will last, that is still to be determined.

First of all, Serta is an excellent company and I trust them impeccably. I gave this mattress a 1 was because 2 reasons. 1. I ordered a Medium / Firm and it is so hard that the small of my back is killing me. I have been sleeping on it just since Sat 12/26/20 and both my wife and I are dying. Just about the time I thought "maybe we'll get used to it I noticed number 2. In just 3 nights of sleeping I can see body indentations on both sides. And, we are not heavy. I'm 5'9 & 185 and she is 5'7 & 160. This is not good. I am going to consult Serta about this and I am sure that they make good.

When it first arrived it was rolled up in a box. I was not sure what to expect. But the mattress is fabulous. Very firm and confortable.

This mattress lays so good. I'm a big woman and it feels good to not have pain in my hips and neck when I wake up in the morning.

This mattress is everything! It's firm& comfortable. You don't feel movement, especially if you have a restless sleeper. That's the best part!

Uncomfortable!! You can actually feel the coils. It's huge so I thought that would mean more cushion but no just big. The top is a little baggy too. Also it has no foam or cushion so when you get up it moves and you can feel the structure.
