They delivered it to the wrong address. After two days my neighbor brought it to me. It was supposed to be medium firm and there is no way it is that. It is very soft and hurts my back. There was a rip in the mattress. When I called to complain I was told I would receive a $50 gift card which would be 10% off. I never received the gift card. I am very dissatisfied with this purchase from Sam's club and may never buy anything again from them!!!

Very disappointed!

When we received the mattress, we unrolled it and put it on our bed. It had a smell for a while, but it subsided. The bed conforms to your shape making it comfortable. Since having the mattress, my husband and and I wake up and we are not sore or tired. We haven't had back pain in a while either.

Best mattress ever!
