Not very comfy, i wake up with sore muscles but the return process is quite the hassle.

Bad shipment

This mattress looks nice but when it came rolled up in a box, I knew it wasn't right. After letting it fluff out and putting it on the bed, it was nowhere near medium in firming, it was extra extra soft. When you SIT on it, you sink to the bottom and I'm a little person. Also, I'm still waiting on their currier to pick it up, it's going on 2 weeks now

Not as good as you think

I was skeptical about t this purchase because I've never purchased a mattress in a box and though the quality may not be as good as a traditional mattress, but I was pleasantly surprised. It was super easy to transport, and setup and it has worked beautifully.
