We recommend ensuring that the pan is fully preheated before you start cooking; when it&#39;s hot enough, you should achieve excellent nonstick results. All cooking oils are fine to use, but we advise against aerosol cooking sprays since they can burn at lower temperatures and leave a residue that causes sticking. For high-heat cooking, it&#39;s best to use oils that have a high smoke point, such as canola or vegetable oil, to prevent any sticking issues.
