One of the pans is so sticky

We ordered this because we trust the Ninja products but this is bellow standards. The 12 inch pan is so sticky even if we spray oil on it. It takes 10 mins to wash it after every use. Unacceptable

Hey LJ. Thank you for taking a moment to share your experience with us. We're really sorry to hear that your 12-inch pan is sticking when you use oil. We recommend ensuring that the pan is fully preheated before you start cooking; when it's hot enough, you should achieve excellent nonstick results. All cooking oils are fine to use, but we advise against aerosol cooking sprays since they can burn at lower temperatures and leave a residue that causes sticking. For high-heat cooking, it's best to use oils that have a high smoke point, such as canola or vegetable oil, to prevent any sticking issues. We will certainly pass your feedback along to the appropriate teams for future product improvements. Best, Shark Clean

Does not work with induction

These do not work on induction. it takes 20 minutes to boil a pot of water v. 2-3 minutes with a stainless pot. The pans won't get hot enough to sear.

Can't beat it!

I have tried at least 20 cookware sets and this is by far the best I have used! Extremely easy cleanup, nothing sticks at all and the lids fit perfectly. I even picked up a few more sets for my gal and brother. Can't beat it!

Great Product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Amazing! Great color, quick to heat up and very easy to clean. Grease seems to slip right off with only water, and it's easy to see how repellent the pans are while cooking or cleaning.
