Read all the one star reviews and then read them again. This is not a good mattress, certainly not a luxury mattress. The size is not a true king size even though measurements are given. That means it doesn’t fit a king frame nor will king sheets fit right. And it’s not that comfortable. Good luck if you decide to buy it anyways.

Bought roughly 6 months ago, full FIRM mattress. Allowed this to "inflate" for 72 hours before sleeping on it. I am 5'6" roughly 200 lbs and tend to sleep on my stomach and back. I rotate the mattress every 4-6 weeks. Measures at roughly 13-13.5 inches after the 72 hr period which I consider close enough to the description. Initially felt it was too soft for me, however I think it matches the "firm" description when compared to other hybrid/memory foam mattresses. So far I don't have an indention where I sleep, but I do think the regular rotation is making a difference there. I would certainly buy this again; I have recommended it to my friends since buying. Only gave 4 stars because it does get a bit warm as the night goes on which again may be par for the course when it comes to memory foam mattresses.

Like other people reviewed, this mattress arrived with a defects. On one side it was 4 inches short, on the other side it was 2 inches short. The foam was also misaligned to the base so the coils stuck out 2 inches on one end and the foam stuck out 2 inches on the other end. The cover also fits loose and theres no foam protecting the bottom coils so they pushed through my bed slats. Sam's Club was great about taking care of the problem. They offered a return or replacement. I opted for a return and purchased another mattress. Sam's Club sent out somebody to pick it up for disposal. Some people had good experiences but I'd recommend going with something else.

For the price this is surprisingly comfortable. I got the medium firmness which was a little softer than I expected

We got the medium for my son who's moving out. The mattress itself is super nice and comfy. The top is squishy which is great and what he wanted, but with some firmness. The only issue is that one side does not expand to the height of the other. We keep the smaller side at the foot of the bed. I measured and one part is at 13.5" while the other is at 13", so not quite the 14" advertised. This leaves the covering a little loose. I believe the unevenness is due to it being rolled and the inner part that is compressed the most has been comprimised.

Returning this as soon as my new one arrives….this is not a good mattress for a bad back or neck. It is to soft for me.

I really love this mattress the bad thing is i dont want to get put of bed. It is very heavy which almost impossible to pick up to tuck sheets under.

We find this mattress to be very comfortable and supportive. The price is very good too! King size with medium firmness is what we purchased.

Bought a XL Twin firm and plush mattress, along with the King twin adjustable bed frame. easy set up on all, and could not be any happier, they are great, at half the price of the similar mattress like Nectar.
