They look a lot like normal underwear and are very comfortable to wear. They are absorbent but not as bulky as some pads. I prefer these kind of protective products because they feel more like normal underwear bit provide the protection I get from pads!

This more modern fit is not as leak-proof as the fit it replaced about a year ago. Especially in cases of urge incontinence, the flow can leak out through the elastic gathers onto groin areas and then clothing!!!!! It seems that the padding there is too narrow; there is a space between the outer edges of padding and the gathering stitches on each leghole where the flow can quickly seep through, nasty! Here's hoping you can fix this soon. Also, for women who have vertical abdominal incision scars from major surgery, the higher waistband of the previous fit seems to stay in place more securely.

Pluses: soft, comfy (you don't feel them on the body), comfy when you walking and doing your routine Minus if you will look at regular pads they have extra protection under on the bottom and it makes leaking almost impossible. Because the material is soft on the bottom under pads makes more chance to get leak.

I'm a pregnant women in my 20's that deals with bedwetting. I tried these in hope they would keep the bed dry. They have certainly cut down on laundry, but I still find myself washing sheets if I don't wake up to change at least twice a night. They're very comfortable and stylish, and I would recommend them to someone who has lighter bladder problems. They are smooth in the front but I think they need a little more design in the back. They are comfortable and easy to wear. They also hold A Lot of liquid.

Having mild urine leakage and ibs type symptoms from time to time, the protection these briefs give you is truly a wonderful thing. They flex with you when you bend or sit down and they did not pinch anywhere. I wear jeans or sweatpants most of the time and I didn't notice any "panty lines". The only thing I would want to change would be that they are a tad too wide in the crotch. I will be sure to have a supply of these on hand.
