Or a smooth appearance. They've improved the elastic & they fit good, very absorbent. The smell isn't as bad as others, guess it holds it in well tho I feel confident in that. These make you feel like a worthwhile human. No showing through pants and great at holding the leaks and odors. Worth the money.

Now that I've tried these discreet underwear I am totally convinced these are the way to go. They are comfortable and reliable. I had no worries during a long day of family volunteering. We packed boxes and hauled them all afternoon and had no problems with leakage and better yet no worry either. I definitely will purchase them again.
