These bowls are tasty, filling, and healthy. They are good for any meal of the day, and easy to prepare.

I love the mix,but I didn't know that it had that an I amount of spice to it. I would not buy it again personally.

These are wonderful! Quick and easy breakfast to keep around for when I don't have a lot of time. Little bit of heat and a lot of flavor. Please continue to offer these.

This product is wonderful. High protein with a little spice. The best part is not having to prep good ingredients for a real breakfast. I went to my store and could not find them. Nowhere to be found! PLEASE bring these back soon.

This product is why people avoid healthy food. Just dry and sauceless, spicy, and tasteless. Lahli's other product Egg Bites are out of this world good. Too bad Sam's doesn't sell those.

I didn't care for the eggs, but my wife loved these. They are full of flavor and had lots of chicken sausage. We would buy these again and probably just add fresh scrambled eggs to them.

I was very surprised. I don't like spicy so I was a little worried, but this was just right. I will buy this bowl again.

I thought it was too spicy particularly for a breakfast items. I wouldn't purchase these again. The egg bites are a lot better.
