We like the gift BUT the protective film has been very hard to take off and is ruining the screen......I hope Aura reads this review and reaches out to me so that we can fix this problem. I may need you to send me a new frame unless you have a better idea THANKS!

Got my frame set up and was really enjoying it. Real easy set up, and the gifting component is nice. Seemed that photos weren’t sequencing correctly, so after reaching out they helped me fix the issue. A few days later I had multiple black marks appear on the edge of the screen, and reached out again. They refunded my frame and let me keep it, and I have another one pre-ordered to arrive soon to replace it. The customer service representatives I worked with were helpful. I love the large size of the screen so I can see my photos across the room, and I like the overall look of the frame. I wish there was an option for a faster transition time than 15 seconds, and an option to see my newly added photos sooner. I also wish I could turn the frame on/off from the app, so if I’m leaving and forgot to shut it off I can still do it remotely. The app is easy to use and I like that I can “crop” photos automatically and manually to better fill my frame. I also bought another brand and compared the frames side by side and like this one better. The colors and screen quality were better. Despite a few challenges and dislikes, all in all I’d recommend it and buy it again!

Love the large size of the frame. Only two small recommendations. One, the shortest time available for each picture on the screen is 15 seconds. Wish there was an option for 5 seconds. Second, the frame is set for landscape only and any portrait picture sent to the frame cuts off part of the top of the picture.

I recently purchased the Aura 10.1” frame, actually, I’ve purchased NINE of them. My family is spread out across the country, so staying connected and sharing moments is really easy with this product. We also have businesses with offices in California and South Carolina. The Aura frame has provided a way to make remote staff feel that they are part of the team. A great feature is the ability to give others access to your frame, even if they don’t have their own frame. It's so easy and fun to see new photos that my loved ones drop into the frame. Whether it's a candid moment or a special occasion, (it seems that pet photos are the most common) each new picture is a nice surprise and it helps maintain a connection to my friends and family even though they are far away. The picture quality of the Aura is great. It’s also nice that it supports short video clips. What really impressed me was how user-friendly this frame is. My 72-year-old mother, who often calls me for tech support, was able to set it up all by herself. The setup process was so straightforward and intuitive that she had it up and running without needing to contact me for help. This ease of use is a huge plus, making the Aura accessible to everyone, regardless of their technical skills. I've been so impressed with the Aura Carver that I've bought nine of them now for various family members and friends. It's become a great way for us to stay connected and share our lives with each other, despite the distance. I’ve also included a screenshot of the app showing that you can easily select multiple frames to share photos with at the same time. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to add a touch of warmth and connection to their home. It’s also been the most popular gift we’ve given in a long time.

Our new frame is the centerpiece of our living room. The large screen means no more “moving in closer” to get a clear view of faces or interesting backgrounds. Our first frame could not show videos of any length. We really appreciate that the Walden frame can.

I purchased a Walden frame but when I opened it the screen protector left a residue on the screen that was very difficult to fully remove. I was told this happened to a small number of Walden frames but the replacement that they sent had the same exact issue.

I love the size and the display quality. Software could be better: 1- if you decide the place the frame horizontally, your portraits (or photos that are 7x5 size as opposed to 4x6 size) will be cut off. Wish the software was smart enough to “fit to frame”. I believe you can do it manually one picture at a time but I have too many photos to do this with my fingers 2- Walden doesn't have the photo match capability that Carver has 3- Initially I thought their shuffle logic was flawed cause it showed the same photo in a pool of 200 every 3-4 minutes. But no! The issue is when you upload 100 photos from Google Photos, it needs time … overnight to include them in the randomizer batch. Can still force display from the app right after upload 4- My long lasting pet peeve is lack of folders in the app. I wish I could have multiple folders to display. For example: my travel photos vs my dog. But I understand it is a business decision so people purchase multiple frames (see myself)

I have enjoyed my Aura frame since the day I received it. And I'm so happy we can now get the larger Walden. I've just purchased for gifts and can hardly to give them so the recipients can experience this also. And the customer service is fabulous. So very helpful and considerate.

I would like to thank Laura for the excellent customer service. My questioned were answered in a time frame that exceeded my expectations. I have received my frame but due to the fact that it is a gift it still remains unopened so it impossible for me to comment on its performance at this time but I have little doubt that it to will exceed my expectations. New Walden frame is beautiful. Great high-res 15" display. Was just adding to existing frame and wanted to get pix on both. Mark from customer service got back to me same day with instructions to get up and running. Very happy with both our frames. Keeps a great connection to our whole large family that is spread across the US and other countries. Highly recommend this product
