Member's Mark Mild Cheddar Fancy Shredded Cheese 5 lbs.

I loved this cheese. I use it for cooking it melts  perfectly. I also use it for salads and tacos. The taste is really good.

This cheese was shredded perfectly for cooking.

I have used this for a long time. It melts really well and evenly.  You can use it on just about any food you want too.

Taste is outstanding

I keep this bag in my freezer and get some out a little at a time to thaw and use from the fridge.  So helpful!

Always keep this on hand!

We divide the bag into quart size freezer bags and freeze till needed. We use for a lot of dishes, Mac and cheese, tacos, anything cheesy!

Good basic cheddar

I love the affordability of buying this in bulk.   I split it and freeze it and it lasts a long time.

Dont know who's in on it when the taste testers meeting when you all decide 'This Members Mark is a good replacement for the brand we've been selling' but you need another meeting with consumers. This doesnt even tatse like cheese...rela or processed..

Is this really cheese?

We go through a lot of cheese, I have bought large bulk bags of cheese before and been disappointed in the tastelessness but this cheese has a very good flavor. I always open the big bag and put them in smaller Ziplock bags and freeze them to help keep it fresh.
