We go through a lot of cheese, I have bought large bulk bags of cheese before and been disappointed in the tastelessness but this cheese has a very good flavor. I always open the big bag and put them in smaller Ziplock bags and freeze them to help keep it fresh.

If you divide the lbs by the cost you'll see paying $2 for an 8oz bag of shredded cheese is way overpriced! This bag last long and it's more affordable. And mixes well with EVERYTHING!!

I love this product! ... The fancy shred cheese is just the right size and perfect for a variety of uses ... I especially like being able to separate and freeze the cheese into smaller portions ... When ready to use, the quality and taste are not compromised ...

Considering I received a whole case (No I didn't order a case) the value was exceptional. I did call and try to return but they said they cannot take it back after it leaves the store, suggested I give to charity organization. Many grateful people!

I bought this cheese to use for feeding a large group of people tacos. I was able to open the bag and serve without having to grate it myself. It was very simple. The cheese was good quality as well. The bag has a tape strip for resealing but it can only be used a few times.

Great amount if you have a party/large family or use a lot of cheese.

Has a good glove and we use them for nachos.

Need to improve the packaging with opening shirt closure like on a Ziploc! I have no problem factoring in the extra cost per unit. Also sharp cheddar cheese if I’m going to get cheddar cheese why go half the way get sharp cheddar cheese!Yes marginal cost increase.
