Microwave cooking is not the most ideal way to cook these. They tasted a little rubbery after I did.

Tastes better than other brand of turkey sausages. I don't eat pork or beef and turkey is even lower in fat than chicken.

These are good healthy substitutes but I do notice they are drier and a little cheaper than regular sausage patties. Still good though!
