Bought this at Sams when they were on sale recently. Thought they would be a tasty, easy breakfast meat for the Keto diet I have been on. Flavor is good, but the texture is like rubber. Even cutting it takes a sharp edge knife.

I purchased this sausage two days ago. I cooked the sausage according to the package directions on the stove top. The sausage is very tough and rubbery. I am returning it.

Decided to try these and was extremely disappointed. I can't even describe what the taste was for these dry, brown circles of nastiness. Maybe they'll be enjoyed by the rats at the dump. Shame on Jimmy Dean for wasting resources to make this mess!

I am a HUGE jimmy dean fan, of course they cheat and put MSG in there sausage, but I have always preferred it over others. Thought the turkey option would be nice, but not. Very rubbery and dense. I only heated up one patty, didn't finish it.

These are surprisingly pretty good! I usually prefer to buy that turkey sausage links, but the patties taste just the same. Very juicy, flavorful, and quick to warm up out of the package. Definitely recommend if you want a slightly healthier alternative with all the flavor!

I really like how convenient this is to fix. But my honest opinion is that the packaging is a little bulky. I also wish packs of 12 were an option, you know like the links. But my overall view is it is easy and taste great. The fact that it is fully cooked and gives 13g of protein and has 70% less fat doesn't hurt. Yes I will continue to buy because I can still get it in patty form.

This is a high quality and good price product. They are easy to cook on the stove or if you’re in a real pinch for time, in the microwave. You can eat them as is or with eggs and hash browns. Definitely recommend having these on hand if you’re a breakfast person!

I really don’t like sausage at all but honestly Jimmy Dean is the only brand that I like of sausage I like all of theirs but this turkey sausage specifically is so good if you’re trying to eat a little healthier it’s so delicious and taste just the same but it’s turkey sausage.

I love these quick and easy to prepare sausages. I have a question. what is the ph level? I have acid reflux and need to eat food at a certain ph level. These do not give me indigestion and I know turkey is okay to eat, but needed to know the ph of this product. Thank you!

These are one of the better turkey Sausage but it’s not the best. I found the flavor good but a bit salty. I am not sure how to improve it when I ate beef & pork I ate there sausage, so when I gave it up I thought I would try the turkey. Maybe it needs more sage seasoning.
