I do eat this sausage instead of pork sausage, but there is a difference in texture and taste.

There is a lot less fat than pork sausage and a lot of protein. Very good price.

Taste like cardboard. Very, very much processed not good.

Good fully cooked Turkey Sausage, just wish they sold them at the other Sams I also shop at.

Picture on box not what you get. Smaller diameter and thicker patties looks rather unappetizing.
