[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received a package of Depend Fresh Protection Bladder Leak Underwear in size medium from Influenster in exchange for my review. I never used this type of product before. I usually use the bladder leak pads when I get stress incontinence, which occurs mostly when I am sick from frequent coughing. The material feels similar to the hospital type maternity underwear given after child birth, it has multiple rows of smocking, and a large, thicker pad built in. The fit is slightly snug, and the pad can feel unbreathable during extremely hot weather. It gets difficult to pull up and down when sweaty. The pad itself has a lot of absorbency, which is ideal as there were many pads I would have to change every hour. The coverage and shape provides security in avoiding leakage from the front, back and sides. The downside would be trying to change the underwear in a public setting. In those cases, a pad would be more beneficial. The upside is less frequent changing of pads since the underwear absorbs more liquid and it feels more secure, as pads still can leak. So while I think it doesn't replace pads, it depends on the situation to use this to fulfill your needs. I would use this alternatively depending on how frequent and heavy leakage occurs.

I purchase these for a severely disabled family member and find that the price at Walmart is better than other online retailers. The fact that the package size has more briefs in it helps too, I don't have to order as often. Fit and absorbancy are key, both are just right and the new peach color makes them look less like a diaper. I will repurchase.

i have been using others and comparing to those i have been using these are terrible...they were good in size but that was all compared to others i use....the quality is poor and the padding is less than a babies pamper. i wouldn't suggest them to anyone, not even if in a jam as i found my self to buy them..

I don’t know what I would do without Walmart online delivery. I am a caregiver and to be able to get products for my 91 year old mom is a life saver. The Depends underwear work great for her at nighttime, super absorbent, keeps more moisture away from her skin, easy tear off at the side panels for changing, highly recommend for nighttime incontinence.

Very stretchy waist band and it comes up high which I think helps with comfort. If you don’t like it so high you can also fold it over I’ve done that before and it is equally as comfortable that way. Protects skin and doesn’t leave any room for irritation because it absorbs nicely into the underwear.

Depend is all I wear as an under garment and it’s very comfortable, but I would really appreciate a little more leak protection towards the back. For example if am lying on my back and I have an accident my clothes soaked. That’s my only problem with this product I love it an would like continue using it.
