Being in surgical menopause, after having 3 children (set of twins then a vbac with a 9 lb big headed baby) has underscored the need for a product like this during certain events. Most recently, that event was a trip to an amusement park where I was laughing quite a bit on rides and such. Well, I wore these to said park. The material is very soft and comfortable, not too tight on my tummy and not noisy at all. But that’s where the good ends. I honestly could not tell what was the front and what was the back because regardless of the way I put it on it felt the same. Too much material in between my legs and not enough material to cover my behind so when I walked the material would write up and give me a wedgy. For that reason, I was unable to continue wearing them throughout the day so unfortunately I am unable to speak to the absorbency, wetness control or odor control. I would definitely not recommend this product for someone that has a generous behind or thick thighs.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I help care for my mom who is in her 70s and has had more and more issues with bladder control due to health problems. She said these Depends feel comfortable and soft on her skin. As you can see in one of the photos, they have a decent amount of stretch, so pay attention to the sizing. On the pro/con list: The biggest pro to these compared to another brand we’ve been trying is she said the bottom feels more secure and stays in place, covering her whole bottom and whole area between her legs and not giving her a wedgie. I think the key to this is the way the material by the pad part is constructed as you can see in one of the photos. She also said the pad part of this feels like it absorbs more liquid compared to others we’ve tried. The main con is price. The others we’ve been using come in larger quantities at a better price, which is so important as she has days she goes through more underwear than others so we need to keep more on hand. The others we’ve tried aren’t significantly less comfortable or secure (according to her) so the price hasn’t seemed worth it. However, if budget wasn’t an issue, she definitely prefers these.

Unlike other incontinent underwear, it is very quiet and doesn’t give that plastic sound when you move. Take a tip from someone who sprinkles when they laugh, cough or sneeze. This underwear gives very good protection from leakage into your clothes. I highly recommend these depends for anyone who is incontinent.

They are sized better than most other brands I have tried. They are very absorbent and control odor very well. They don’t make any kind of noise when I move. That’s important, because it has happened before and it’s embarrassing!! The texture is soft and the stretchy part that is like the underwear part stretches really well to accommodate several sizes. They aren’t bad to wear in hot weather either. Today it was close to 90° and very humid. I didn’t have an issue with them being too hot as they are made to breathe. I really like these a lot.
