They would probably fit a boy size 8. A large man wouldn’t even start to wear these. My husband wears a size men’s medium 32 underwear and these are too small for him! For quality I would give these a 9 out of 10. For size 1 out of 10. The picture show the gray men xl versus an extra large women’s size.

My uncle was quite happy with the performance, and said they are very absorbant, without leaking. My uncle said he felt confident while wearing them, and I did not notice any underwear lines on him, so it is discreet. He had no odor, but said they do stretch some, but it is not a concern. Overall, a good product.

After trying a sample of this product I liked the comfort of it so much that I quit wearing regular underwear! lol The previous products I had tried felt like "diapers". ugh! These feel like control top panties but with great protection from leaks and other embarrassing moments. IBS etc. Now I can relax when on trips. I have been wearing Depends for a good while now and when the Silhouette style came out I jumped on it. For anyone who unfortunately has to wear protection I definitely recommend the Silhouette. The new version of Depend is terrible .... and that is coming from a Depend believer who has been saved more times than I can count by wearing the Silhouette style and feeling comfortable and confident. Would NEVER recommend this new Fit-Flex style.
