[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Surprisingly comfortable. My grandfather said the elastic band wasn't cutting into his waist and could barely tell they were on. Extremely absorbent and durable. He also said no issues with smell leaking out.

I have an incontinent special needs daughter. I tried the max absorbancy and she still leaked the same as the cheaper product. They do go on easier and seem much more comfortable for her. there is not enough protection in the legs holes. The urine leaks out the leg holes. There needs to be more elastic and guards on the leg holes. I would recommend them for someone with leakage, not full incontinence.

The only downside is that when I was out in the hot weather the waistband area seemed to make the area sweat and damp. The urinary area was fine and seemed to work with my issues.
