No leakage after a few hours and no smell noticed. They cut in at the crease a little bit, but it’s manageable. Overall a good option for incontinence.

The product is superior to generic and store brands but there needs to be a better seal, for lack of a better word, around the crotch. The design seems more suited to women than men. It is certainly not designed with the bulkier male genital anatomy in mind. Other than that, great product!

I am a 38-40 inch waist .........when I wear the large .........they really leak so have to wear the small.......but have noticed they still leak a little but better than wearing the pads....... I have to say been able to go out in public more now........ couldnt before

I was able to get her to wear these three times without complaint, so they must be comfortable. I can't say anything about absorbency because she rarely has accidents. This material doesn't have the greatest smell when you sweat.

Until now all the under garments were too small even the extra large didn’t fit right until I tried the Depend FIT-FLEX Underwear for Women. They were so stretchy and fit perfectly and were so comfortable and not bulky under my jeans looked just like I was wearing regular underwear. I want to Thank Depends for taking the time and effort to make a product that says what it does and really works.

So much better than having to find granny panties and wear a giant, bulky pad every day. They are cut just right so they don't get in the way of the incision either. The material is a strong yet soft material and its neither too thin nor overly bulky. You literally could not even tell I was wearing them! It was so nice to not have to worry about underwear during this time and having to change a pad constantly, especially with 3 little boys already to keep up with on top of the new baby! While I won't say the material is as soft as my typical panty of choice, they were a lifesaver in so many ways. The best thing about them, in my opinion, is that they fit just right and move WITH me not against me, making them leak proof. For someone as active as I am daily, I couldn't ask for more and was so glad to have been given the chance to try them free in exchange for my review!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The thin padding did not inspire confidence but never ripped or leaked, these are heavy duty and great despite appearances. Even for overnight. I got kind of confused by which way is front because most brands have a tag printed in the back but these are 'tagless' with just a decorative design in the front. I did find them to be more crinkly and loud sounding compared to other products or even other products from this brand and I didn't like to hear that at all, it kind of ruins the fantasy of them being underwear and makes them much more diaper-like. Other than that, very comfortable, trustworthy.

I have been wearing both the Fit and Flex and the Silhouette products for over two years now. I wear the Fit and Flex during the weekdays and nights, and I wear the Silhouette when I go to church or special functions. Overall the Fit and Flex has been an excellent product for me to wear during the day, but sometimes during the night there are small leaks because my urine stream seems to be more to the right side than in the center. During the daytime this isn't an issue at all but at night it can be frustrating to wake up and there is leakage up my backside that makes it go over the edge of the pad. I love the Silhouette products the best. They are very comfortable even though I am a very overweight woman suffering from cancer. I wear them when I go to church or to a special occasion and call them my "pretty panties" because they truly do feel like regular underwear. I have never had leakage with these, even if I wear them overnight. The colors are pretty but I do wish they had some with flowers like the Fit and Flex to make them prettier. I would definitely recommend this product for any cancer patient suffering with incontinence.
