I use these for my mother. They come apart easily in the front and back from the tops of the seams of the padding. Especially when bed ridden. Because of maneuvering the individual. Makes a mess. The waistband comes up to high, under the breast area, which causes irritation.

I have tried other variety before but this particular Fit-flex underwear has an effective absorbent pad, which traps liquids, absorbs and fits well. They do hold moisture well, great for heavy sleepers and if you have to hurry to the restroom, no more changing clothes in the middle of the night. This product is comfortable enough to use at home and outside the house too.

My wife bought this product. After only few hours the filling of the core was lumped, moved and left half of the space unprotected. Luckily, there was no leaks at the time. She tried another piece from the same package - the same result in 2 hours. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These Depend Fresh Protection do just as they claim: They are highly absorbent and durable beyond belief! Before getting into the performance, however, the fit is true to size. I found it fit my dimensions well, and it was rather comfortable too. It did not feel significantly different than other undergarments. It fit snugly, so putting on a pair of pants did not bunch them up, so they remained comfortable. Now, moving to performance. As you can see from my photos, I applied warm water with a measuring cup to test absorbency with exact measures. As I poured water onto the product, there was no leaking whatsoever. In fact, the final photo taken shows no leaking after 8 cups of water applied! That would be more than enough in most instances. This product does just as it promises in regards to its absorbent nature. I was unable to properly test odor resistance, however. If the odor protection works half as well as the absorbent materials, it would be more than sufficient. With that said, I believe this product to be a fantastic option for men struggling with incontinence. I have no reservations in saying that!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Panty fits great, but pad leaves a lot to be desired. It seems to have no odor preventing ability, nor does it wick dampness away from body. It seems to be nothing but cotton, which falls apart when it gets damp. Pad covering tears easily, and cotton pieces fall out. Pad pulls away from panty easily. It gets very uncomfortable.
