I love that the extra lining that looks like a pad inside the underwear. It's very absorbent, no mess. These work great for even heavy periods. The material is very soft and fit comfortably. For light bladder leaks these are great but if you need these like I do for an elderly parent who isn't using the toilet anymore at all then I wouldn't recommend these at all. They are very thin but they are made pretty well.
