They aren't too thick. They need to be a little more thicker. I wouldn't were them for overnight protection but for minor leakage it would be great. And the design is very cute. I would definitely be buying this product in the future. And I would definitely recommend this product to anyone who has minor bladder leakage problems

A family member of mine deals with urinary incontinence, and it can be very tough to find a product that actually works but also is discreet enough to not show through clothing and to hide the scent of urine. The overall fit is very comfortable and feels underwear-like. The stretch allows for a good fit that feels secure to the body. The incontinence portion of the underwear is large enough to hold a lot and catch leaks, as it holds 25x its weight! Which is amazing for how discreet and unnoticeable they are under clothing. My family member is concerned with those around him noticing the scent of urine, but we both agree that there is no urine scent when this product is used. Overall these incontinence underwear from Depends are wonderful and do everything they claim, which for someone dealing with urinary incontinence, this is a life saver! This allows for added security of catching heavier leaks. Strong material, no tearing. Quiet. No noticeable smells. Comfort will be subjective. I thought leg opening felts a tad snug.

BIG disappointment. The sizing is way off. I have tried many brands of underwear in the XL size. They all stated they were for 46" to 64". They fit fine. These are no way up to 64". I am upset that I took a chance on these and wasted my money when I could have bought what I knew would fit.
