The Depend for Men Underwear are very comfortable on me and offer decent protection. I have found the Real Fit Underwear to be slightly more comfortable as these are a little loose on me compared to those. I am a fairly average 25 year old but I feel like I am at the bottom of the size range. These are not quite as discreet as they do not look as real as the Real Fit. I tend to buy these though as they are usually much cheaper. For me they have the same limitation though, they tend to leak around the legs especially if I have an accident while sitting down. They could use additional leakage protection as it can be embarrassing to have the tell tale wet spots on the seat of your pants and on the chair you are sitting on if you have an accident. On the positive side they are usually much easier to conceal and clean up than if I had not been wearing these at all. Despite these limitations I would say try them. They may work for you, they are comfortable and reasonably discreet.

Holds a lot and just overall super dependable product. There are so many great uses for depends to which makes them very universal.

First off, the fit is excellent without being tight, and it contours well to the body without slipping or bunching, which adds to the overall comfort and security throughout the day. The material is soft and stretchy, making it feel more like real underwear than a typical incontinence product. It has no smell to them and I have worn one so far and it does not leak. Very strong holding.

He only uses them for urinary incontinence so I can’t see how they work for anything else.. I did check the price online and they are very expensive. He usually gets an off brand because again he just uses them so he doesn’t have an accident. I would recommend these just for the comfort level.

Then I realized they would be a great option for when I’m trying to be efficient with my household chores and don’t have time for a bathroom break. I’m a dad of three, all of whom are under 5 so I usually only get one two hour window per week to accomplish what I need. It’s also hot and humid where we live, so I need to keep hydrated. With hydration comes the need to use the restroom. This however, takes away from my efficiency. While using Depend I’m able to stay hydrated and keep on the job by not needing to go inside for the restroom where you never know when your child will decide they need a snack or your significant other will ask you to grab something. The underwear fit great and didn’t give me that “diaper bottom” everyone tries to avoid. Highly recommend!
