I picked the XL and they fit perfect and were so comfortable. The absorbency was perfect since I usually have some dribbles and not a continuous stream. The packaging is 100% telling the truth when it says it can hold 25x its weight. I pored about 32oz of liquid into the depend to test the absorption rate and amount, and I was shocked with how fast and how much liquid could be absorbed. These are discreet and comfortable. Definitely recommend these on the days when you need protection just in case of an accident or honestly everyday use. These are perfect at any age.

They felt more like regular underwear and did not ride up way above my pant waistband needing me to be constantly making sure my shirt was covering up "the situation". Liked the design on the waistband. The only complaint I had was that the leg opening was a little too small or not elasticized enough and would feel like it was digging in at the end of the day.
