He is autistic and has accidents frequently, and these seem to work very well for him. These hold up great and keeps wetness away from the skin which is fantastic. These are very soft, stretchy, and comfortable! I got the small/medium size, my son is around 110 pounds and they fit him perfectly. These are a very good brand to look into if you or anyone in your family struggles with incontinence or bladder leakage.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] “Depend” is reputable brand name. This particular product is of a very good quality. It is good absorbent. It is not very bulky. This product is quite discrete. I will consider buying this product in future.

My husband has tried the Fit Flex, Real Fit and Adjustable. They all work well for a little leakage(recommend for that) but if it is more than that he soaks his Depend and clothing all the way through. It is embarrassing for him when we are out. Can you come up with something that will hold the urine and not go through the clothing. Maybe you should see how childrens diapers are made. Please come up with a super, super absorbent Depend. The fit is very good on the Fit Flex and the Real Fit, but not the Adjustable.

My husband had an unfortunate accident and had to use these. Nothing is worse that feeling like you can't enjoy your life because of a leaky bladder. These have given my husband the confidence to go out and enjoy life. They are comfortable for him and give excellent coverage, allowing my husband to live his best life.

Have been plagued with a weak bladder all my life - Go about every hour and sometimes the bladder just contracts and gushes out - These are great during the day and hold 2 wetting accident - No longer have to stop and go on a tree when driving. They feel so good and soothing after relieving myself. Sadly they do not protect at night as well. They do leak so I wear a more absorbent diaper then.

The leg is not too snug giving a comfortable fit. And durable enough for tossing and turning. It does smell in the trash can so suggest tying it up in a baggie before placing in trash to reduce odors.
