I also had chafing in between my legs. These pull on briefs felt like regular underware. Even with tighter pants on I didn't feel like everyone could tell that I was wearing a bladder product. They are ment to replace traditional underwear and if the size is correct, they do. They are durable, comfortable and don’t rip or tear easily. These underwear not only collect a full bladder, they offer complete odor control. However, they are extremely costly.

Would like to see it made in MEDIUM, rather than S/M. perhaps slightly larger. I think the LARGE would be too large. I am still experimenting with and trying different brands, e.g. TENA, ALWAYS.
