I got these for my 76 year old mother who has dementia and she is completely incontinent. The Depends fit her perfectly. She said the underwear was comfortable and not bulky. She liked the Depends more then the brand she's been wearing, so I had to go buy the Depends for her.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Initially I was hesitant to try any kind of incontinence underwear assuming that they would be bulky and in appropriate for wearing in public. Since abdominal surgery a couple of years ago I have suffered from reduced bladder control and have avoided public transport, long journeys or extended periods away from a bathroom for fear of an accident. My wife suggested trying these as it was beginning to affect our quality of life. It turns out there was nothing to fear! Depends are low profile, well fitting and for the small issues I have, leak - free. I have not been able to detect any odour and they have proved themselves more than once now. There is a slight crunch / bit of movement around the rear of the pad but under jeans or sitting down its easy to get used to. While I can't speak for anyone with more serious issues, they have been great for me and have given me back a lot of confidence.
