It’s a good product. It can be made better if the padding would be extended in the back panel. I’ve had urine travel right up the back of my butt when sitting and leaking onto my clothes. I have uncontrollable incontinence where I can’t get to a bathroom.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Depend Fit Flex underwear has good absorbency. My husband wears it at night due to back injury and we got size M its perfect fit for waist 34”. But rarely it leaks at night. Overall its very comfortable and soft. Also good absorbency but can be improved. I think a size up L would be much better. We will buy this again in a bigger size.

High absorption, really retains moisture and neutralizes odors. The material is pleasant to the body, does not rub or cause discomfort even with prolonged wear. Good fit, does not restrict movement. Overall, a great solution for those who need additional protection and comfort. Definitely recommend!

It does everything you would want protective underwear to do. My leakage is more than just slight due to prostrate surgery so I need real protection and I have found it.

It would be great if thee was a cover that you could put in your purse and carry without being shown as to what they are.

I tried the men's style of pull ups, they didn't work for me. I tried the women's Fit-Flex, they work just fine. It depends on each man's preference of the direction he places his anatomy, either up or down. I don't care about color or flowers, I do care about the embarrassment of having a accident. I hope more men will also at least try them. Whatever works is the important thing.

One only has one chance to make a first impression. I have used two of Depend's products, Real Fit and Flex Fit. I had a prostatectomy two weeks ago, followed, unhappially, with bladder issues. Following reading reviews of Depend's products I opted for Depend Real Fit. The Real Fit was a joy, no leaks and was dependable.Flex Fit, well that's another story. leaks at the leg and rear.
