They are thin and not bulky, and look as close to actual underwear as possible. The stretchy seam makes these super comfortable for anyone wearing them. So apparently you should probably size down so that they fit a little snugger. There wasn’t much odor control, but there was good absorbency and comfort was what my family member said to me. He had to only use them in the evening has been so much older. It’s not easy for him to get up and find the bathroom in the dark and he stated that his sheets were never wet the next morning.

I was skeptical of a large fitting sizes 10-18 but they did. An XL would’ve been way too big. They aren’t noticeable under clothes but you can’t wear them with leggings or anything tight light that. For one, they’re pink, for two, they’re just way too bulky for that. They do a great job with absorbency and leaks. The problem for me was sitting in them. When I sat they kind of pinched my thighs which was uncomfortable. So if you’re a thick thigh girlie you can expect to have the same issue.

She used to use them in her regular underwear, we just found there was almost no leakage that way if we used them in combo. If you peel them off really slow, nothing will rip, and you can just put another pad into the diaper. If she has a really heavy flow the diaper picks up the slack. It keeps her dry and shes had no issues with iìnection and then nothing smell
