These are comfortable, you don’t realize you are wearing them. I always used pads, but they do not have the absorbency that depends have. Also Depends have a built in odor control, that was always a great fear of mine.

Whenever I put these on I feel super snug and relaxed. I would give these a 10/10 for comfort, it also helps that it’s spandex. Then the Odor control is very good as well, I wouldn’t even know I peed my self if I couldn’t feel it. Finally it seems like these underwear’s could last a while and won’t get ruined easily.

They are a life saver when it comes to cleaning up a loved one! They fit nice and snug, are very comfortable and absorbed every accident if you stay on top of it! One important thing is that it controls the oder nicely! I highly recommend these!

The waistband is really wide, but it makes it easier for him to grip himself to pull them on/off. They claim to absorb 25x the weight in liquid but if it would ever get that heavy the liner would definitely slide! The odor control is a tbd, but I appreciate that the briefs themselves are not scented.

After a couple of nights using it, my grandpa said he’s pretty satisfied with the product. Firstly it fits well with him as regular underwear, very comfortable to wear during the day, especially the elastic waistband that is adjustable to snug without feeling too tight. He said that it’s comfortable to wear during the day. It absorbs pretty well too, without leaking, which is great for overnight or long periods. The material of this product helps reduce ordor, which I’m sure a huge plus. Also it’s easy to pull up and remove. Overall he satisfied and is pretty happy with the product.

I am relatively new to the incontinence dilemma, I recently had prostate surgery, but Depend Fit-Flex failed badly right out of the starting blocks. Of the first box, at least a third and probably closer to half failed badly. The absorbent material separated from the front top and gravitated down to a big lump under my testicales. It was painful to sit down and after the separation failed to provide any absorbency, resulting in leaking. I called Depend to ask about proper usage, suggestions, etc. A young woman, certainly not an expert in the men's Depend usage, would only say that she would send me a $3 off coupon for my inconvenience. Major customer service failure!

The fit is great with no bunching and is undetectable under tight skirts or pants. If I have a leak no-one knows except me and it has great absorption so I can go about the day without worrying.
