They fit comfortable and I could not tell I had them on when I looked in the mirror. There was no picture of the box to choose from on the site so I don't know if they just sent me what they had in stock but I will take a picture with the box of what I received in the mail to try. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I first put them on they felt like silk against my body. Fell in love with them. They fit perfectly. But there was a flaw with the ones I got. As I went about my day, I noticed that they were coming apart. It would start at the front between the belly and crotch. Not a good feeling. Don't get me wrong, I love them and do hope that the ones I got were defective .

Have not had any trouble with them leaking at night even when having those tossing and turning nights. I would love to find super absorbency overnight that would keep a bed dry, but the look of the Depends Underwear For Men is a welcome change from typical geriatric looking briefs. The feel is much softer and not scratchy like other briefs. The fit is actually like that of a regular pair of underwear. When he is sitting up, there are no accidental leaks. They are easy to pull on and off as well.
