They definitely help with odor control their breathable and they fit perfect. I would recommend this to anybody that would need them.

You can tell if you're wearing them under very tight clothing but otherwise you can't tell the difference between regular underwear or these. They do fit well and stretch, comfortable and secure.

I got xl and they fit as described so if you're having any issues with incontinence or a surgery where you possibly need these I'd definitely try them out

I am a nurse and am pregnant with my first child, so it's important for me to find (a) a solution to the leaky bladder problem that is comfortable and non-bulky, and (b) to share my honest opinion with others. I can tell you that these briefs are very comfortable and were invisible under my clothing. I wore them with a pair of slacks for good measure. There were no crinkling noises, lumps or bumps, or tell tale bulkiness. I found that I forgot I was wearing anything but my normal undergarments. Of course they were effective! Lol! I wouldn't expect anything but. Or butt. I love how far these products have come over the years.... Yay!

The absorbency and comfort were things that he liked best. Lastly he said they’re stay pretty concealed without making a lot of noise so he feels confident wearing them!

Each time he wore one, the inside cotton-like fabric fell out & all over the bathroom floor in crumbled up pieces. Unacceptable. I also have MS so this was beyond a very difficult situation & task to clean up.

On top of that, these also live up to the name of Fresh Protection. I felt clean the whole time and never had any odor issues at all. A very durable diaper. An all around great product.

This product was a big disappointment compared to what I expected. They leaked, did not stay up, didn't have as much absorbency, left loose fibers everywhere and didn't feel like underwear like I am used to with Real Fit. I don't see the benefit of bringing Fit-Flex to the market when there was already a sufficient men's underwear alternative.
