I recently had a hemorrhoid operation and needed something for leakage. I grabbed the first thing for men I saw which was the Depend Fit-Flex. After using them once I saw the coverage was bad, so I turned them around. They work great for absorbency but are a little uncomfortable in the leg fit and I feel like I'm sitting on a log. A Depend Fit-Flex for light days would be better. I would recommend Depend Fit-Flex for problems like mine but wish I could find something specific for "bottom" protection.

Product felt comfortable. Wear them every night. Every one leaked at the legs. I've used Depends disposable underwear for years and had them leak at the legs on occasion. Never like the seventeen new ones I just tried. I'll have to try another brand since the earlier product version is no longer available where I shop.

The fit with the Tenas was always poor, they did not seal good around the legs and would actually slide down during the night. Both of these issues did not make me feel comfortable wearing them during the night. I felt the material could be more absorbent too. I was very pleased with the Depend Flex fit underwear. They sealed well around the legs and stayed snug enough not to pull down during the night. The material is very comftorable. The Depends seem to be cut with elastic put in all the right places. I have Gastroparesis with a stomach stimulator and many times going to the bathroom is a guessing game. Thanks for giving me an item that seems tailored to fit the bigger man and gives piece of mind. They are made from flexible, stretchy material that molds to your body. They have cotton batting inside that provides the right amount of coverage. The absorbency is decent. These will definitely provide enough protection during an emergency as long as the liquid is a small to moderate amount. They may leak if it's too much liquid. I like that they are pretty hidden and hard to see under clothing. They also don't add too much bulk. I think they are a good overall product.
