My biggest fear with incontinence underwear was the noise, but these are made from a super soft, cotton-like material that is completely quiet when you walk. The sizing is spot on; the XL comfortably stretches over my hips without digging into my stomach or feeling bulky. In terms of comfort, they feel exactly like regular cotton panties and breathe incredibly well. The protection is top-notch-the core traps wetness quickly and turns it into a gel, providing amazing leakage control and odor blocking during long retail shifts. I feel completely confident wearing these under tight jeans!

Although it is an absorbent underwear for urine loss, honestly the feeling is more like wearing normal underwear with an integrated sanitary towel, so it is something that women can feel more comfortable with than we would imagine. The material is soft, extends and fits well to the body, although I would recommend securing the size well before ordering it. Something extremely important is that it is not easily noticed under clothes and absorbs super fast, so although it is designed for the night it could be used perfectly during the day.

After childbirth I have heavy urine leaks when coughing, exercising, sneezing and overnight. These underwear helps me stay dry and clean. They are soft and comfortable on my skin. I have not experienced any rash or irritation even after wearing them overnight. I stayed comfortable through out the day and overnight. The material is so soft and breathable. These are very comfortable with stretchy waist and leg gatherings. They are thin enough to not be noticeable under most clothing. I no longer fear embarrassing accidents when out . They hold 30x their weight and block odor, so no worries about having to instantly change. They are easily disposed of, simply wrap in toilet tissue and throw away.
