My dad is in his 70s and he is not super big but definitely not small. The S/M size actually fits my dad well without feeling too tight or baggy. My dad was skeptical at first. You know how older guys can be about this stuff. After trying these for a couple of weeks, my dad is a lot more comfortable. The material is soft on the inside. It is not that scratchy plastic feel like some brands. It has stretch around the waist and legs, so it does not dig in. My dad says he can wear these all day without that bulk showing under his pants, which was important to my dad. My dad is pretty active for his age. My dad walks the around a lot and does some yard work, and these hold up without shifting around much.

They’re a little higher waisted than I’d prefer, but they do fit well and doesn’t feel like I have a whole diaper on. They’re really soft up top and the panty part isn’t super bulky either. They fit well, and I think I may could have gotten away with a size L instead of an XL, because they are pretty stretchy.
