The materials absorb a lot of liquid so you don't feel wet. I don't notice and oder after using them. They last through the night without falling apart.

These Diapers work really well for me, I'm especially since I'm sitting in them all day long. One day I was in my wheelchair and I felt like I had to go #1. Well I didn't make it to the bathroom in time and I wet my diaper, and I thought I was going to have a leak. I am a 38-40 inch waist .........when I wear the large .........they really leak so have to wear the small.......but have noticed they still leak a little but better than wearing the pads....... I have to say been able to go out in public more now........ couldnt before
