It's stretchy and comfortable at the waistline. It's perfect protection for him when he couldn't make it or forgot when he was sleeping.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I work in the rehab unit of a hospital so these I gave to one of my patient and it fit her great. It absorb all the urine perfectly. It fit comfortable on her it didnt look like she had it on at all.

I was very disappointed when my husband became incontinent because of Huntingtons Disease and I tried Depend underwear. Every time he has worn them he not only soaks the Depends but his outer clothing. I put a pair of underwear over the Depends and then his shorts/pants and he wets through everything. I tried a larger size to see if that would hold it in but that also failed. I was wondering if you would have a plastic pant that could be worn over the Depend underwear that would ASSURE us that he would not wet through? I cannot "Depend" on your product to keep him dry so why even put the diaper on????

As someone who never usually wears adult diapers, I can honestly say they made a significant difference during our last training event in the Army. The only thing I wish is having a slim back option. I’d be nervous wearing with leggings but my main issue with my incontinence is at the gym with jumping/heavy lifting-and I don’t fully leak to need full coverage

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Depend fit flex are really great. I just wish they had a little more absorbency for women who have more powerful surges of urine. Also around the leg tends to leak a little sometimes, but it is a really great product and I would highly recommend the product.
