It is soft and it feels very stretchy for the waistband which I like. The sizing for a medium covers nicely for a person who's a size small pants but up sizing is more comfortable and gives you better protection. It is skin friendly with no irritation and the material is super soft with no awareness or noise while wearing a pull up type underwear.
