Although it is an absorbent underwear for urine loss, honestly the feeling is more like wearing normal underwear with an integrated sanitary towel, so it is something that women can feel more comfortable with than we would imagine. The material is soft, extends and fits well to the body, although I would recommend securing the size well before ordering it. Something extremely important is that it is not easily noticed under clothes and absorbs super fast, so although it is designed for the night it could be used perfectly during the day.

The materials feel soft against the skin and didn’t cause any irritation after hours of use. They aren’t as bulky as I expected and fit well under regular clothes without being obvious. The leak protection was dependable especially during long outings. Compared to always discreet, these feel a bit more like regular underwear while offering similar protection.

But for its intended purpose the panning to catch and hold is very well done. The coverage area is very large. In the event of a mishap, I feel very confident that these will definitely do the trick. I don’t have leakage everyday but chose to wear these on a day when I knew I’d be waking and bending and picking up toddlers! I forgot I was wearing them after a while. I felt secure enough in case there was a leak. The material is soft and flexible. Not a fan of disposing in the trash and sending more waste to the landfill but the payoff is understandable. I didn’t have any skin irritation and I do have sensitive skin.
