I'm 28 and I use a wheelchair, and I haven't had bladder problems until last year, anyway I came across Depend underwear for men and they are a life saver, the other day, I was in my wheelchair and I felt a sudden urge to go #1. Well i didn't make it to the bathroom in time and I wet my diaper instead, and I thought I was going to have a leak. Well one major wetting later, I realized that I didn't have any leaks and the diaper held the majority of my urin. Thanks Depend for making a really good product. I will be using these Diapers for years to come

I stumbled and fell hard last September and although no breaks, fractures or permanent damage I lost all control of my bladder... my roommate gave me a package of diapers but I soaked through every one before I could get to the bathroom - I was just miserable... I went to WalMart com to see what else was available and read about the "Depend FIT-FLEX Maximum Absorbency Underwear for Women, XL" and though I was skeptical they would fit me I order a package... OMG !!! They were a perfect fit but not quite absorbant enough in front because when I stand up it is like a dam breaks in my body ... On a whim I put them on "backward" and no matter how heavy the "flood" I have ZERO leakage and still a perfect "panty" fit !!! ... I am 68 years old, 5ft 8ins tall, weigh 210 pounds and carry most of my weight in my mid to lower belly ... Ladies, at least give them a try ... I almost smile when I put one on because my confidence level exceeds all my expectations !!!!!

Age, illness, and accidents... Unfortunately, they happen. After so many of my loved ones ended up in hospitals or nursing care facilities, I learned in a hurry that the standard-issue hospital brands of incontinence care are not nearly as good as Depends. I opt for the best when it comes to the care of those I love, so I get DEPENDS and give them as freely as I can. I hope my children and close family members read this. When I'm in need of this kind of care, please get DEPENDS for me.

My only issue is the shape and comfort of this particular style, as a bigger person they stretch but aren't the most comforting design.

My boyfriend is 19 and he still wets the bed and sometimes during the day. He was still wearing Goodnites and plastic pants to bed and the Goodnites by themselves sometimes during the day but they were getting too small. We got him these Real Fit briefs and they work great! They are his full time underwear now. They are absorbent enough that he doesn’t have to wear the nighttime plastic pants and they look like regular guys briefs. Now if he has an accident he isn’t embarrassed. He can just take a new brief from his backpack and change.

They absorbed all the nasty odor and they were pretty durable. The only thing though is that the way they felt was not like regular diapers. The inside was plastic feeling. But overall these are good diapers for anyone who is on the larger side. I would recommend
