I flood a product sometimes and these always leaked whenever I flooded. My skin always felt wet until I got them changed.

I am a short fat man with a 54"waist. Even though your supposed XL fits up to a waist size 60, I feel they a very tight and keep slipping down to my knees. She says they fit perfectly and lasted for hours for him. He wears to prevent accidents when he goes out in public and you cannot tell he has them on with a variety of pants he wears. The feel is much softer and not scratchy like other briefs. The fit is actually like that of a regular pair of underwear. When he is sitting up, there are no accidental leaks.
