I am recovering from prostate surgery and dealing with incontinence. After several weeks a package arrived in my mailbox which I frankly thought was junk advertising. The small box had no indication on it was to contents and I nearly threw it away! Finally, I glimpsed the Kimberly Clark name in the return address which was written so small that I nearly missed it. Those of us with poor eyes will certainly have difficulty. Upon opening the sample box I discovered much to my dismay that it contained only the Fit Flex product in the small and large sizes. I was under the impression from the sample offer that I would be getting samples of several different styles, such as the Fit Flex, Real Fit, and Shields. Such samples would help immeasurably in selecting the right product for me. The large size is so huge I can't keep it up, but the small worked just fine. To resolve my dilemma of which to buy, I went to a local retailer and purchased small packages of each of the products I thought might be useful for my situation. This is an expensive way to test products, but I did manage to zero in on the Fit Flex as my product of choice. So off I went to my discount retailer who happened to be offering a coupon at the time, and purchased a large box of Fit Flex Underwear (84 count). Although I was still using up some of the small packages, I opened the box and tried one to verify I had made the right decision. While pulling it on and up, the right hand side seam ripped open, making it unwearable. I figured I was just being clumsy, and didn't think anything more about it. As I exhausted the supply of alternate products, I again dipped into the large box of Fit Flex, being extra careful while pulling them up not to tear the seam. Guess I wasn't careful enough because, you guessed it, the right hand seam tore open again. I'm sure you can imagine my frustration! Undaunted, I pulled out the duct tape and reinforced the side seam. While the underwear didn't tear, it certainly wasn't comfortable, and was a real pain to tape up. I still have 3/4 of the box, and generally leave it lay to the side. Perhaps I'll use up the balance with my current tape treatment (1" paper surgical tape works very well and is more comfortable), but I have now moved on to another brand which is much less expensive and works well with no failures. This is unfortunate as the Fit Flex appears to be a good product when it works, but manufacturing quality control is definitely lacking.

For the last 2 months, my wife has had all kinds of "skin breakdown" issues since purchasing your latest "Depend Fit-Flex Women's Underwear" product (bar code# 0 36000 46497 9). The inner liner tears easily and the crystals inside have come out on several occasions since the last purchase of 6 boxes (72 each). Prior to the latest product update, we never had these issues. Thank goodness I received a refund for at least the 4 of the unused boxes that we purchased.

They are sufficient for leaks, but not sufficient for more serious leaks. I would note that they are great at odor reduction, so that benefit is nice.

He said that they were comfortable and provided much needed support while giving him the confidence of not feeling like he would be embarrassed by any leaks. He definitely would recommend them and will be purchasing this exact type again and again.

I did not feel secure or confident in these at all. I am wearing these while I am the sickest I have ever been. I am taking medicine that makes me incontinent, I've lost control and I need to feel confident when I go to my doctor. I bought the large/extra large size and they are HUMONGOUS! I wear a size extra large and these literally just hang. The top is extremely uncomfortable also. It itches something fierce and also doesn't feel secure. I would not recommend these because with them being so loose, I don't see how they can absord anything.
