Since I've been using Depend Fit Flex, I no longer have to be concerned. I sent for a free sample and was surprised and delighted at how comfortable they were. To be honest, I actually gave them a "test run," so to speak; in other words, I deliberately wet myself while wearing Fit Flex and continued to wear the underwear under my clothes for a couple of hours after, just to test the discomfort. There was no discomfort, even when fully wet. And there was no leakage, even after considerable movement and activity. It's a great product.

I am a 69 year old man. I just had prostate surgery in December. Soon after the surgery I started leaking. Then it got a bit worse. So Depends was recommended. My first thought was oh no I cannot wear a diaper. However, I headed out to look. I was so happy to find the Flex Fit style. At this point I am going thru 4 pairs a day. I love them and so happy it is not a diaper. My only concern is if I must continue wearing them for a great period of time, they do get a bit expensive on a very fixed income.
