I found this product to be relatively comfortable and easy to take on and off. Great odor control thorough the day and didn’t have to worry about any leaks! Would recommend for those looking for a light absorbency for mild incontinence issues.

They are sufficient for leaks, but not sufficient for more serious leaks. I would note that they are great at odor reduction, so that benefit is nice.

It is very absorbent, but doesn't look bulky under clothing. Some other brands of incontinence underwear is noisy underneath clothing (sounds like a diaper on a child), these Depend Fit-Flex are very discrete. I highly recommend.

The Depend Flex fit undewear are a terrible fit for anyone without abig stomach and little to no butt! The front of the underwear comes all the way to the bottom side of my bra. Although they barely reach up to my waist in the back, the bottom of the legs in the back ride up at least 2 inches. I suppose this is the reason the entire leg area soon stretches out, (elastic totally fails), and the crotch area actually stretches out to beteern 16 to 18 inches, making them unwearable and litte to no protection. Not every woman has a big stonach and flat butt and we need a choice. The elastic desoerately needs to be locked at the beginning and the end when being sewn in place and the elastic needs to be sewn around te entire leg opening, which should prevent the elastic from slipping or stretching which leaves only the thin stretched paper/plastic fabric stretching out leaving the crotch area stretched to between 16 and 18 inches and providing little to no protection. My dad is 88 and weighs about 260 pounds. He has a big belly and a flat bottom. The lg/XL do not go up or stay up over his bottom. We bought another brand in XL and they seem to go up higher and stay up better but are much more expensive. Why don't you have a 2XL?

He is now incontinent almost all the time. I have to use a guard inside the flex fit at night as they will leak. If you had a night time under garment that was thicker that would be a great help. It would help if you had a box with 50 or more in a box. I use about 6 pull ups per day.
