My biggest fear with incontinence underwear was the noise, but these are made from a super soft, cotton-like material that is completely quiet when you walk. The sizing is spot on; the XL comfortably stretches over my hips without digging into my stomach or feeling bulky. In terms of comfort, they feel exactly like regular cotton panties and breathe incredibly well. The protection is top-notch-the core traps wetness quickly and turns it into a gel, providing amazing leakage control and odor blocking during long retail shifts. I feel completely confident wearing these under tight jeans!

I really appreciated that it came in so many different sizes to help with fitment. The shape was made for women so it fit well around thighs to prevent leakage and was not super bulky. It didn't have such a diaper feel and was drying. It also didn't make an abundance of noise every time I walk or move announcing to all what I was wearing.

They’re essential silent so no more crunching with every step. They don’t cause an increased urine odor which I’ve noticed with some other generic brands and they hold what they’re supposed to hold without leaking through which I can’t say is the case for others. My only complaint is that I wish they weren’t such a ding on my wallet because they’re a necessity for everyday life with my mom.

They go on with ease and stay in place the whole time they are on. There is no twisting or tugging around my legs or waist. Seems to be a great product.
