It is not too loose and not too tight. It does not cause a mess at all on this one nor does it leak while wearing it. This is clean and do not smell before wearing it or after wearing it. It sits at the weight perfectly as well. It is very comfortable wearing it on me i do not have a problem.

Best product, i started using these after my delivery and then used after a year when i started again with my periods. Ialeays had leakage issues with other pads but this underwear is life saving. Now i dont have to worry about leakage, or overflowing. I just love these. Definitely recommend these.

He was not tugging on them and trying to pull it off like his other diapers he usually wears. I also noticed they are very absorbent and lasted longer for him to wear especially when we took him out. My disabled son has been using Depends diapers for 20 years. They have always been the best product on the market. However, with the introduction of the new Fit-Flex design, they no longer absorb all of his urine throughout the night. He is waking every morning with soaked clothes and a wet bed. This started the very night I began using the new diapers. Please help. We want to use Depends but this cannot continue.

The only downside is that when I was out in the hot weather the waistband area seemed to make the area sweat and damp. The urinary area was fine and seemed to work with my issues.
