I wear about a size 20/22 jeans size so I chose the XL. The fit was strange on me.. It was a bit bulky and my butt cheeks were not covered. Perhaps a different size would be a better fit for me. I didn’t have any accidents while wearing them so I can’t attest to the absorbency. They kept me body odor free from sweating 😓 at night. They are strong and held up well to the tossing and turning I do at night. 😆 Overall I feel this is a good option and I would try them again in a different size. 😀

The fit, although different than normal undergarments, actually was comfortable after about 30m. It was used as precautionary so I’m not able to fully evaluate the absorbency, but the comfort was much better than I expected.

Very soft, comfortable, easy to pull on, just like regular underwear. They are very durable and last all night long. Sometimes I use them at night to make sure that I don't have any leakage although embarrassing. I also tend to wear them if I know I'm in for a long day. You don't have to pee in them. You can use them as a pad just to catch some sneezing drippage that to be gross. Super comfortable, just try it. Nobody will know you can't see the lines like panty lines.
