A family member of mine deals with urinary incontinence, and it can be very tough to find a product that actually works but also is discreet enough to not show through clothing and to hide the scent of urine. The overall fit is very comfortable and feels underwear-like. The stretch allows for a good fit that feels secure to the body. The incontinence portion of the underwear is large enough to hold a lot and catch leaks, as it holds 25x its weight! Which is amazing for how discreet and unnoticeable they are under clothing. My family member is concerned with those around him noticing the scent of urine, but we both agree that there is no urine scent when this product is used. Overall these incontinence underwear from Depends are wonderful and do everything they claim, which for someone dealing with urinary incontinence, this is a life saver! I’d definitely recommend this product for anyone struggling with urinary incontinence!

I didn't notice any issue with odor, though I didn't leave them on long dirty. I'm 155 lbs and between an 8 and 10 pant size and they were comfy, but a hair snug in waist. I think if you wear a size 10, you should probably go up to a large.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the "Depend Underwear Fresh Protection Dry Shield Absorbency Female" in a light pinkish color, size large, as a free product for review. I received possibly a different product because it appears I was supposed to receive "Depend Underwear Maximun Absorbency Night Defence." This review will be for the product received. The size originally requested was XXL, but product received was large. However, I was able to get the product on and test it out for review. Even though the product was a little snug in size large (and in truth, probably needed a size XL to be comfortable, not an XXL like originally requested) the product was still comfortable (especially since the product is closest to normal underwear) and is thick enough to hold any "leakage" should they happen. I tried the product both the later part of the day and night just to see how it would hold up. If worn in the correct size this product would be extremely comfortable and I would recommend this.

They were not too loose nor snug. They fit just right on me. I tend to have an issue with them being sturdy and strong when I pull them over my thighs. I had a piece of mind knowing if I had an accident that it was absorbed and soaked up, saving me from embarrassment. I really did not notice the odor control because I was more impressed with the fit.
