[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are a good tool to have in the IBS toolkit of solutions in addition to anti-diarrheal medication and fiber supplements. They easily can hold 1/2 a cup of water, and have absorption padding for the rear end and front the front pouch. They stretch, mine are a size Large, but before stretching it out it has more of a Medium size waistband. Of course you want it to be tight for a better seal, but it could be more comfortable with the use of a bamboo-like material in the stretchy areas. They definitely will last long enough for you to clean up after an accident, but they probably won’t last your 5 hr road-trip to your next hotel.

I have used a lot of incontinance underwear and bought these depends for the first time…they did not do what they were supposed to….the maximum absorbency leaves a LOT to be desired….it was no more than an ordinary pad's absorbency….they should not be worn for overnight because they leak, shift and are totally leaking by the time I can change them….very very disappointed in Depends….the fabric paper is also very stiff and sometimes gets loose if I don't have to change in more than 2 hours….I answered these questions as POOR and I'm returning the unopened package for a return--I won't be buying Depends ever again….….j

Perfect for fresh, clean adult protection. Because it is filled with cotton to help lock in dryness, neutralize odors, and is also ideal for men's urinary tract issues. The great thing about this is the super absorbent material, which can absorb 25 times its weight. It is designed with a back-fit design, which feels comfortable on me. I have to wear a size XL. First of all this product has too low a rise and they won't stay up. I am constantly having to pull them up, I didn't realize when I bought them that they were not the Sillouette design. I bought them by the 72 count case at Costco and I am taking them all back! Why can't your company package the Sillouette design in large quantity packaging and offer them at a better price? I am a senior on a fixed income that would like to wear the more comfortable design, without having to wear underwear over the product just to hold them up, or going broke to do so! Thanks.
