I can feel comfortable that they won't leak through my clothes if I need to wear them out. This is flattering because it controls some of my bulging belly. The soft fit-flex material allows for full coverage which aids with comfort. Even though the seam was on the outside of this underwear, surprisingly I was not able to notice it through my pants! Although the t material is soft and pretty, I do not the ruffled pattern throughout the underwear because if does not appear smooth on the outside of my leggings. I need to wear a long top, so this is not visible. Lastly, I did not experience any leaks, yet I did not feel dry; the padding did not absorb the urine to keep it away from my skin. This is important to alleviate any rash in that delicate area. I would recommend this underwear for comfort and protection yet one needs to be mindful of the clothing one wears because tighter fitting clothing may not appear smooth.
