It might work better if it had more absorbent polymer, or a tighter fit around the leg cuffs, or plastic backing.

These briefs have been great! I am now able to take long car rides and go to long events without worrying about "not making it". I haven't had any problems with leaking and I'm somewhat of a heavy wetter. They still feel comfortable and dry afterwards even though they sag a little in the crotch when full and feel like they might leak, they haven't yet. Bonus is my wife says they look like regular underwear and don't make any noise so nobody can tell that I'm wearing them. And aging hasn’t helped.. sometimes if I’m sick and coughing a lot it’s better that I wear these than pads. Especially at night time. They were comfy and very absorbent. I also have sensitive skin and they didn’t bother my skin and were very breathable.

I bought a box of 72 from Costco and after using 36, 3 already disentagrated inside. I used another Brand which has outperformed the Depends. The other brand held more water and had a softer feel to them. Even my wife commented that the Depends wasn't as good as the other.

Besides, the word "Depends" conjures up images of incontinent elderly folk. I had nothing to lose because I received a Party Pack for free. It was not what I expected...it wasn't bad at all! They fit discreetly under my yoga pants. After that the back tends to fall apart from moisture, when they aren't at all soiled, just sweaty. I use them as a preventative measure, and expect them to stay in one piece as long as they're not soiled.
