[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Depend Fresh Protection Adult Incontinence Underwear for Women do their job when it comes to helping with urinary leakage! I can’t say that what I leak from sneezing, coughing, running is a ton, but they do hold in the liquid. The underwear is soft and breathable but the padded area was slightly uncomfortable as even the small size was too wide for my area making it bunch up. They do have a discreet look under clothing but also sort of a diaper sound when you walk.

I like the Depends Fit-Flex and will continue to use it. I think it is the best such disposable product on the market. I have only two minor issues. First, I wish the side seams were not "inside out". I would prefer that they were smooth on the outside to reduce any show through lines under thinner garments. Second, I definitely do not like the darker peach beige color of the "Limited Edition" Fit-Flex underwear. It looks muddy and is just too dark in my opinion. Please do not permanently replace the lighter and brighter golden peach color with the new one.

No imprinting In pants and it does the job maintaining smells and keeping a tight fit all day long. I would recommend Depends products for anyone in the market for them.

My dad is 88 and weighs about 260 pounds. He has a big belly and a flat bottom. The lg/XL do not go up or stay up over his bottom. We bought another brand in XL and they seem to go up higher and stay up better but are much more expensive. Why don't you have a 2XL?

At, first they were perfect, but wound up feeling confing. Odor control is a thing of the past. It was really an insecurity for me in the past. Each pair easily lasted a day, but would sometimes flake with this fake-snoe like shedding. My only gripe is that I have a rare sleeping disease which requires me to take a medication that can often make me urinate during the night. I was hoping this was a solution to an embarrassing and frustrating problem. Unfortunately there is no difference between wearing this and wearing regular underwear.

I haven't noticed any leakage while wearing these so peace of mind . The absorbent liner quickly draws moisture away so you don't feel and wetness. I also haven't smelled any odors after wearing them for a while. Such a big change from wearing other kinds of underwear and I like that you can't tell I have to wear these through my clothes!

The previous Depend underwear before the Fit-Flex version was outstanding. The Fit-Flex version leaks on the edges and the internal pad breaks away in just a very few hours, say about 4-5 hours. I can't depend on them. Must use two of the Fit-Flex version, one over the other, to help avoid any embarrassment. Still have about 50 of the previous version and so I now use those as the primary underwear. After that, I don't know what I'll do. I have discussed this problem with a Depend representative. I hope the Depend people can fix this problem soon (Just call it Fit-Flex Plus).
